Vineyard Management & Training: Guyot. 5000 plants per hectare
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and transported to the cantina in basketwork cassette. After destemming and crushing, fermentation lasts 3 weeks. Pumping over 3 times daily. Once racked off, malolactic fermentation takes places in barriques, where the wine remains for 9 months before bottling. Nanerone is aged in bottle for at least 6 months
Smells & Tastes: Deep garnet color. Complex perfume of wild roses, wild cherry and blackberry. On palate, luscious dark fruits deepening to chocolate and cloves at the edge of the tongue. Long finish.
